The Crockett Post Office has

been working for months

to get each landowner's mail

box key ready and to ensure the lock/key combo are in working order. Each landowner may now go to the Crockett Post Office and request your key with a valid ID and proof of land purchase.

I express my gratitude to our Developer for our community mailboxes and to the Crockett Post Office for the preparation of our keys.

Large herds of feral hogs have been spotted in Buckhorn by Jesse & Christina with JCH13 Ranch. The herd sizes are up to 40 hogs at a time. If you are unaware, please know that feral hogs are not tame and thus should not be casually approached. JCH13 Ranch will be setting & baiting traps for the feral hogs in the key areas they identified in our community. If you are on your property or in the community and sight feral hogs, please contact Jesse & Christina at 936.330.5216 to let them know.

JCH13 Ranch does not charge our POA for the feral hog trapping service, though other wildlife services companies do. The Feral hogs that are trapped by JCH13Ranch are taken to a USDA certified facility where they are processed and packaged to be sent overseas for consumption.

Feral hogs cause serious devastation to ecosystems and can cause erosion so managing for feral hogs is vital in our community for care of the wildlife, flora and fauna, and your property investment.
