Ranches at Buckhorn Creek landowners a few changes are taking place within our community. One of those changes is that, at the end of this month, December 2025, this website will be deactivated. The current board would like to transition our community to using the website feature provided by TownSq moving forward. On that site you will also be able to find our Association documents that include the CCRs and Bylaws and all the meeting minutes to stay up to date. www.townsq.io

Another change involves the submission of the 2025 Annual Report for Wildlife Management. Many landowners have not been in attendance of our Open Board meetings and thus have missed this important change that comes because of a change directed by the State of Texas Comptroller. Please look in TownSq under Announcements to keep up to date via the Meeting Minutes.

On January 1, 2026, I will be uploading the 1-D-1 Open Space Agricultural Valuation

Wildlife Management Annual Report for the Year 2025 on TownSq with the POA parts completed. Landowners will have detailed steps included for their now required steps.

Lastly, my term as a director on the Board is ending per term limits. The annual meeting notice, proxy, and board nomination form will be mailed and posted on the TownSq website the first week of January. The board nominations will be due by January 30, 2026.

In regards to the 2026 Annual Assessment, the final due date is January 30, 2026, you can pay the convenience fee to pay via TownSq portal or you can write a check and mail in your payment to avoid that convenience fee. This Annual Assessment is vital for the POA Board to continue to provide landowners wildlife management services along with road maintenance, high fenceline, road easements, etc.

The Annual Meeting is February 10, 2026 at 7pm. Please mark your calendars now and plan to attend!
