A follow up from the January 10 Open Board Meeting

Good evening Ranches at Buckhorn Creek landowners! I appreciate the landowners that were able to attend on January 10's meeting. For those landowners that were not able to join us please know that you were missed. I just uploaded the PowerPoint from that evening in TownSq as an announcement, which each landowner "should" have received an email stating this announcement.

HOWEVER............

Not every landowner has created profile on TownSq!

TownSq is the site/app that our POA Board and management company uses to send out important information about our community and provides you access to information you need. Plus, it provides a way for landowners to connect with their neighboring landowners easily.

If you haven't done so, please go to TownSq and set up YOUR PROFILE with:

1. Your Buckhorn 911 address (which is only displayed as a Lot number to community members on Town Sq, if you don't have a 911 address please contact me to ask me how to get one),

2. Your cell number

3. Your Email address.

ALSO NOTE: If you have a profile already, please update any changes in your contact information in your Profile Settings.

From https://www.townsq.io/ you can sign up. Or you can download the TownSq app. And then, you can access your Profile Settings at the upper right hand corner down arrow (pink square)

Then select Profile Settings (pink rectangle)
